In spite of the road and the cars, that place is so empty. It has a 'you can try but you can't spoil me' look about it. Lovely.
Liz, it is so empty there, just a few businesses on one side of the river there. I love the excuse to cross to that side of the mountains just for that part of the drive. We usually stop on the hill with the shops and look down on the river. Thanks for commenting!
