Computer Panic
Procrastination
and Murphy's law
joined hands
too many photos
too little room
doing two things
at
once
now
thousands of photos
no longer showing
in Iphoto:
Count equals ZERO
computer burps
desktop blanks. . . .
Phew!
Icons returned
too many photos
too little hard drive
too little knowledge
too much frustration
too little knowledge
Stroke of Luck!
photos discovered
in there
somewhere
hiding,
secure in a room
like a spoiled child
refusing to open the door
to come out.
help me,
I have
500 more
waiting
resolution

Words are mine, frustration mine, please do not take either without permission. Thanks.

You showed the frustration well. The pacing was great. Now get yourself to an apple store or online shopping and buy an outside hard drive for about 100.00 and store your photos on that. Way cheaper than a new computer and way less angst losing photos.
Chris - If I showed my frustration, I am one happy camper now," she says as cliches are firm in her mind today! LOL. Yes, exactly my plan! I should have done it sooner. Thank you for stopping by and commenting!
well I'm sorry about the frustration - but I needed to know what Chris said - I probably need to get an outside hard drive too.. I'm just starting with my photo stuff and I was wondering about storage.
hope your wednesday is wonderful :)
Shelby - Someone on 55-alive! also suggested an external DVD drive - that way you can put copies in a safety deposit box. Thanks for the sympathy!
